Main job duties and responsibilities:

Execute Daily health checks of the applications and log monitoring.

Prioritize and handle service requests and incidents.

Work closely with Software development team to understand and debug the current solutions.

Work closely with business users and customer service team to receive and resolve complaints within defined SLA.

Responsible for identifying recurrent issues across all automation systems and finding either a temporary fix or a permanent one with development team.

Work closely with all IT teams to identify the root cause of the issues and ensure the final solution.

Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved at an appropriate time.

Participate in business testing for the newly released features.

Testing modifications for the validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.

Perform all additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
