Application Support Specialist

Application Support the Application Support role is responsible for providing first- and second-line support for the Autoline ERP system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation and resolving user issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for users of the Autoline ERP system
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in coordination with the vendor if needed
• Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues promptly
• Document solutions, known issues, and support procedures
• Assist in user training and onboarding for ERP processes and tools
• Support basic data updates, imports, and validations as required

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree Computer science, or any related field.
• Ideal Years of Experience: Fresh or less than 1 Year
• Special Industry Background: Automotive, Retail
• English Language: Good
• Computer Applications: Very Good
