Application Support
the Application Support role is responsible for providing first- and second-line support for the Autoline ERP system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation and resolving user issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for users of the Autoline ERP system

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in coordination with the vendor if needed

Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues promptly

Document solutions, known issues, and support procedures

Assist in user training and onboarding for ERP processes and tools

Support basic data updates, imports, and validations as required
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree Computer science, or any related field

Ideal Years of Experience: Fresh or less than 1 Year

Special Industry Background: Automotive, Retail

English Language: Good

Computer Applications: Very Good
