Role description

Major Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with client teams to enhance their technical knowledge and understanding of Experian products.
  • Assist client teams with scheduling project processing steps and guide them on the appropriate use of priority requests.
  • Serve as a technical resource to sales teams by supporting existing accounts and running tests for prospective accounts.
  • Document changes and additions to internal technical processes and client-specific projects, ensuring relevant teams are informed.
  • Interpret complex client specifications and instructions for Technical Solutions personnel and provide guidance on applying theoretical concepts in practice.
  • Define and implement quality control and troubleshooting standards and procedures for the department.
  • Create and deliver quality control reports, output files, and summarized data reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–7 years of direct marketing or related technical experience.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Capability to mentor and guide junior personnel.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Advanced programming skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective training, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic to moderate understanding of Salesforce.
  • Strong SQL knowledge with the ability to write and analyze complex queries.
  • Familiarity with Linux file systems and basic shell commands.
  • Experience with or understanding of ServiceNow for IT service management.
  • Basic knowledge of ETL processes and related tools.
