We are now expanding our team and seeking experienced professionals for the role of Application Processing, Skill Immigration & Overseas Job Expert to strengthen our operations in documentation, HR placement, and visa support services.

Position Overview

The Application Processing, Skill Immigration & Overseas Job Expert will be responsible for handling complete processing of student, skill immigration, and overseas job applications. This role combines documentation, HR coordination, and client support functions to ensure smooth placement and migration processes.

Candidates with prior experience in education consulting, immigration documentation, HR recruitment for overseas jobs, and visit visa filing are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Processing & Documentation

  • Prepare, review, and verify all documentation for study, work, and immigration cases.
  • Maintain accurate records for each client from initial consultation to final approval.
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific documentation standards and embassy requirements.
  • Coordinate with universities, embassies, and partner agencies for admissions and submissions.

2. Skill Immigration & Overseas Employment

  • Counsel clients about skill immigration programs (Canada, Australia, and European countries).
  • Evaluate clients’ professional profiles to match overseas job and migration criteria.
  • Assist in job application preparation, resume formatting, and interview readiness.
  • Liaise with foreign employers, recruiters, and partner agencies to match candidates with suitable roles.
  • Manage documentation for work permits, employment contracts, and credential assessments.

3. Visit Visa & Family Application Support

  • Handle visit, family, and dependent visa cases with full document preparation.
  • Guide clients through the requirements, timelines, and embassy processes.
  • Book appointments, prepare covering letters, and submit visa files on time.

4. Human Resource Coordination

  • Maintain candidate databases for skilled and semi-skilled overseas job seekers.
  • Conduct preliminary screening interviews and assess eligibility.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations for recruitment and placement.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and international employment laws.

5. Client Management & Follow-Up

  • Maintain professional communication with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Provide timely updates on application status and respond to client queries.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through transparent, ethical, and result-oriented service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, HR, International Relations, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in education consultancy, immigration processing, or overseas employment recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of study abroad, immigration pathways, and foreign job markets.
  • Experience in preparing visa files, embassy submissions, and job documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email correspondence, and CRM tools.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
