We are seeking a qualified and experienced person to join our growing off-shore team. The right candidate will be one who has sound Canadian immigration policy knowledge, and experience with working with multiple clients in a global framework. Our goal is to find an individual who is able to work effectively with clients at all levels and can balance the need for efficiency with providing high quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to gather information and documentation
- Draft legal forms for immigration
- Drafting submissions and affidavits
- Submit files to Immigration offices for processing
- Handle clients’ concerns, objections and queries on a regular basis
- Follow up with Immigration offices about the status of the case, by email, phone or fax
- Excellent understanding of procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visas.
Qualifications
- Must have a Law Degree.
- Minimum 3 year working experience in immigration consulting in an immigration firm or a law firm
- Knowledge and understanding of Immigration Policies in Canada, Europe, Australia and USA preferred
- 2 years working experience in a customer service environment
- 2 year working experience in a law firm preferred
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills
- Ability to research, understand and utilize various immigration policies and programs
- Ability to multi-task and meet demanding deadlines
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in an environment with a variety of functions
- Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others
- Enjoy working in a large office and team environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Schedule:
- Eastern Standard Time (Toronto time)
- Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
