Position Summary:

As an Immigration Manager at NTIS, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through various immigration procedures. You’ll be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of immigration applications, offering expert advice on immigration laws and requirements, and serving as a dependable liaison between clients and relevant authorities. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to client success.

Duties

• Supervise and manage daily immigration operations
• Oversee visa application processes and documentation accuracy
• Provide guidance and support to immigration consultants
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations
• Liaise with clients, embassies, and government departments
• Handle complex immigration cases and provide solutions
• Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Immigration, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in immigration or visa consultancy
• Strong understanding of international visa procedures and compliance requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Preferences

• Prior experience in managing or leading a team
• Knowledge of UK Study Visa Process.
• Client-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
