Appointment Scheduler - ColdCalling

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Onsite at Suite 102-103, 1st Floor, Zulekha Trade Centre, CP & Berar Co-Operative Housing Society)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Compensation: PKR 40,000 to PKR 50,000 (Base Salary based on interview evaluation) + Successful Appointment Commissions
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM OR 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:

Markeltree is seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our team as an Appointment Setter for our US-based sales campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers or candidates with no prior sales experience to launch their careers in international sales. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential US clients and helping grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential US-based clients via phone calls, emails, and digital outreach
• Explain company services confidently and clearly
• Schedule meetings for senior sales representatives
• Keep basic records of outreach and sales activity
• Follow sales scripts and guidance provided by team leaders

Who Can Apply:

• Previous experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or cold caller (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence in handling objections and engaging prospects.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
