What You’ll Do

• Engage with homeowners (in person, by phone, or at events) to generate interest in solar solutions
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar and energy savings
• Schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants
• Track leads and appointments in our CRM
• Represent Sunset with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and confidence talking with people
• A positive, coachable attitude and a drive to succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required – we train!)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours

Benefits:

Compensation: Income potential of 30k to 100k + with our competitive commission structure.
