Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, or social media to schedule appointments.
  • Manage and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and conversions.
  • Accurately update and manage all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar role.
  • Native-level English accent (essential).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Job Details:

  • Work Hours: Standard US Business Hours
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
  • Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (based on experience and performance).
