We are hiring an Appointment Setter who will contact potential clients via calls or messages and schedule appointments with them. In this role, your main responsibility will be to connect interested clients with the sales team and arrange meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, or social media
  • Give a brief introduction to the company’s services
  • Schedule meetings or calls with interested clients
  • Maintain records of appointments
  • Follow up where necessary
  • Provide the sales team with updated client details

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (English/Urdu)
  • Confident and polite communication style
  • Comfortable using computers and phones
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Previous sales or calling experience is a plus
