Considerate Tree Inc., a leading provider of professional tree preservation services for over 30 years, is seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our growing team. Based in Memphis, Tennessee, this Full-Time role is essential to our continued success. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, playing a crucial part in driving our business forward by scheduling consultations for our expert arborists. You will represent a company dedicated to high-quality tree care and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Proactively engage with potential residential and commercial clients through outbound calls to introduce our tree care services.
* Clearly and professionally articulate the value of our services, including tree trimming, pruning, and preservation.
* Assess the needs of potential clients to effectively schedule detailed consultations with our skilled tree care specialists.
* Manage and organise the appointment calendar efficiently, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination.
* Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all client interactions and scheduled appointments within our CRM system.
* Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments.
* Follow up with potential leads and confirm appointments to ensure a high rate of attendance.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a similar role such as appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales is essential.
* Exceptional verbal communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A self-motivated and results-driven individual with a positive attitude.
* Proficient in the use of CRM software and standard office computer programmes.
* Excellent listening skills to understand client requirements and answer queries accurately.
* An interest in arboriculture or landscaping services would be advantageous but is not required.
