Position Details

• Job Title: Sales Appointment Setter
• Industry: Construction Estimation / B2B Sales (US Market)
• Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
• Location: Township College Road, Lahore
• Shift: Night Shift – Monday to Friday (US Business Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential international clients in the construction sector (B2B)
• Set appointments with decision-makers to discuss our estimation services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for long-term retention
• Use strategic outreach and sales techniques to promote services
• Handle objections professionally and work towards closing opportunities
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

Who Should Apply?

• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in B2B sales (preferably US market)
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Confident in making outbound calls and appointment setting
• Sales-driven personality with excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills
