Job Overview

Veclar Technologies is seeking confident, motivated, and result-oriented Appointment Setters / Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team. This position is not a traditional sales role. The primary responsibility is to conduct outbound cold calls, ask qualifying questions, and schedule appointments for our USA-based clients.

This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in USA campaigns or those who possess excellent English communication skills and confidence in professional calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls for USA-based campaigns
• Ask pre-defined qualifying questions to evaluate prospect suitability
• Set and confirm appointments on behalf of clients
• Accurately document call outcomes and appointment details in the system
• Follow approved scripts, procedures, and calling guidelines
• Respond to basic customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets

Requirements

• Prior experience in USA calling campaigns is preferred
• Excellent spoken English communication skills
• Strong confidence in cold calling and objection handling
• Ability to consistently work night shifts
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and dependability
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
