About Us

We are a fast-growing marketing company providing professional digital and business growth solutions to clients across various industries. To support our expansion, we are looking for confident and driven individuals who can bridge the gap between cold calling and closing, helping convert prospects into high-quality sales opportunities for our Business Development team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, understands client needs, and can warm up leads through soft closing, without handling full deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients using provided scripts and lead data.
  • Introduce company services clearly and confidently.
  • Identify client needs, pain points, and decision-making authority.
  • Perform soft closing by:
  • Gauging interest
  • Handling basic objections
  • Creating urgency and value
  • Qualify and hand over high-potential leads to the Business Development team for final closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or tracking systems.
  • Coordinate closely with the Business Development team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in Fluent English
  • Confidence in speaking with international or local clients over calls.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, or outbound sales.
  • Goal-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable with targets.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, call center sales, or lead generation is highly preferred.
