Ayzel Global is partnering with a UK-based technology company to support the expansion of its outbound sales team. The client operates in a fast-growing, product-driven tech environment and is focused on scaling demand generation across UK and international markets.

This role is based on-site in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and will work closely with UK stakeholders.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation and pipeline development for a UK technology business. The SDR will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating first contact, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team.

This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are structured, articulate, and comfortable working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers within UK and global markets
  • Initiate conversations and articulate the client’s value proposition clearly
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives / Sales Managers
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly outreach and meeting-booking targets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach messaging

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Strong spoken and written English (UK-client facing role)
  • Confidence in cold calling and objection handling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Strong research, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work UK-aligned hours if required

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience selling technology, SaaS, or B2B services
  • Prior experience working with UK, EU, or international clients
  • Knowledge of outbound sales frameworks and KPIs
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
