Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is now interviewing Aqua-Tots Water Safety Instructor (AT-WSI) AND Front Desk Staff candidates for our Henderson, NV  *indoor facility located at 617 Mall Ring Cir, Henderson, NV 89014*. We are looking for fun, friendly, outgoing individuals who love working with children 4 months to 12 years old and are professional when working with adults. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum 2 years customer service experience. However, candidates with general customer service experience and the right personality are welcome to apply. Front Desk Staff Job Responsibilities and Requirements are as Follows:

• Responsible for new client registration/sales
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, take messages and conduct phone calls in a professional manner
• Resolve client concerns using a professional approach
• Greet parents and students as they report to the front desk. Check-in students on the attendance tracking system
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, changing areas, restrooms, and observation area
• Greet everyone with a smile and make them feel at home!
• Have Intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems
• Maintain a CURRENT Standard First-aid with CPR-C, AED certification
• Must pass a background check

Aqua-Tots Water Safety instructor (AT-WSI) Job Responsibilities and Requirements are as Follows:

• Previous swim instruction, lifeguard, aquatics, or swim coach experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience working with children (examples include sports coach, camp counselor, or similar experience)
• Relate well to children, parents, team members, and have superior communication skills
• Flexible schedule – candidates must have availability to work weekdays and weekends
• Maintain a CURRENT AT-WSI Certification within Aqua-Tots Swim Schools (you will receive FROM US following employment)
• Maintain a CURRENT CPR Certification (you will receive FROM US following employment)
• Have intermediate level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems
• Must pass a background check prior to in-person interview
