What You’ll Be Doing
-
Manage all AQUAPANEL operations within the region, taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash flow, and quality targets.

Lead the AQUAPANEL architectural specification team, AQUAPANEL regional technical manager and oversee channel development strategies.

Monitor market trends and product/service performance in the Turkish and Caucasian markets.

Conduct business planning and market research to identify new growth opportunities.

Drive CRM data quality and ensure accurate project pipeline tracking.

Penetrate target accounts and develop new business through prospecting, qualification, and closing.

Establish and manage dealer/builder merchant and installer/contractor networks.

Provide account management to existing territories and build long-term client relationships.

Create and execute strategic marketing plans in collaboration with local partners/agencies.

Recruit, manage, and mentor regional staff, including performance evaluations and training.

Foster a team-oriented and commercially driven culture within the AQUAPANEL team.

Provide product/system expertise to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Support brand positioning and adherence to road safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with HQ for all technical, commercial, administrative, and marketing matters.
What We’d Love For You To Have
We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values. As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don't already have, we'd love to speak to you. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:

University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Economics and Administrative Sciences, preferably with relevant sector experience or a strong technical understanding.

5–7 years of experience selling premium building systems via architects, planners, and general contractors

Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems, MS Office

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Willingness to travel intensively; valid driver’s license

Strong commercial mindset and customer orientation

Open-minded with a proactive leadership approach

Excellent team spirit and ability to work cross-functionally
