Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team to achieve department goals and objectives

• Develop and implement strategies to improve accounts receivable productivity and efficiency

• Analyze and resolve complex billing and insurance issues

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve cash flow

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and payers

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

• Develop and manage department budget and forecasts

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
