AR Executive

We are a growing healthcare RCM company providing high-quality billing and collection services. We are seeking a talented and motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our team and support our end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct AR follow-ups with US insurance companies via calls and online portals.
• Identify reasons for denials and rejections; initiate corrective actions.
• Submit appeals and reprocess claims as required.
• Review and interpret EOBs/ERAs to update accurate payment information.
• Maintain detailed and updated AR notes within the billing system.
• Coordinate with the billing and coding departments to resolve complex claims.
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining high accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 06 Months of experience in AR (Medical Billing) .
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, modifiers, and payer rules.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
