We are seeking a driven and strategic Female Sales Manager to lead our sales team and contribute to the company’s growth and market expansion. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on management to develop client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen the company’s presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and initiatives to expand market share.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a high-performing sales team.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance targets, ensuring the team remains focused on achieving results.
- Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to support professional development.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Market Insights & Reporting
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Prepare detailed reports, sales forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment in sales initiatives.
- Contribute valuable market insights during strategic planning meetings.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or similar leadership role.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
