We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand presence, and develop strategic partnerships for a luxury hospitality and fine dining restaurant group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or premium hospitality brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, corporate accounts, partnerships, and event bookings.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, VIP guests, media partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Track sales and marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a consistent guest experience and brand image.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of sales and marketing experience within luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, or fine dining restaurant groups.
- Proven GCC or Middle East experience is preferred.
- Strong track record in business development, corporate sales, events, and brand marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
