Role Summary
We are hiring a results-driven Arabic-English bilingual Sales Executive responsible for qualifying leads, setting meetings, and closing clients. The role focuses on converting prospects into paying customers and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify inbound and outbound leads (calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).
- Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers.
- Present company services confidently in Arabic and English.
- Follow up on proposals and close deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve monthly meeting and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales or business development experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience in B2B or service-based sales preferred.
- Target-oriented with proven closing ability.
