We are seeking a dedicated Arabic Call Center Agent to join our parking management team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth communication experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries related to parking services.
- Provide accurate information about parking policies, procedures, and payment options.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service improvements.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience in call center or customer service roles, preferably in parking management or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customers calmly.
- Good computer literacy and ability to use call center software and databases.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
