Arabic Coffee Man

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Coffee Man to join our dynamic hospitality team in Dubai. As a Coffee Man, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences that delight our guests and uphold our reputation for quality and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers with consistency and high quality.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area and equipment.

- Engage with customers to provide friendly and knowledgeable service, answering any questions related to coffee.

- Manage inventory of coffee supplies and communicate needs to management to ensure product availability.

- Adhere to health and safety standards in food and beverage preparation and service.

- Collaborate with the hospitality team to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a barista or in a coffee preparation role within a hospitality environment.

- Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment operation.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for coffee culture.

- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,200.00 per month
