Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and performance-driven Arabic Copywriter to join our team at noon.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just “write” but understands how to sell, engage, and move people to action through words. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling, conversion-focused content across multiple touchpoints including the website, app, emails, push notifications, and campaign launches.

Key Responsibilities:

Write persuasive, high-converting copy for:

• Website & landing pages
• Email campaigns
• App push notifications
• In-app banners & promos
• Seasonal & mega campaigns (e.g. Ramadan, Yellow Friday, 11.11)
• Adapt tone of voice to different audience segments across GCC markets
• Brainstorm bold, fresh campaign ideas that stand out in competitive markets
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and performance marketing
• Deliver under tight deadlines and manage multiple briefs simultaneously
• Ensure consistency in brand tone while optimizing for engagement and sales

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in e-commerce or performance marketing copywriting
• Strong understanding of GCC consumer behavior & cultural nuances
• Ability to write both:
• Catchy, scroll-stopping headlines
• Clear, conversion-driven promotional copy
• Highly creative, idea-driven, and commercially aware
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Organized, deadline-oriented, and accountable
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
