We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who is native in Arabic and fluent in English to lead our digital marketing activities targeting Arabic-speaking audiences in MENA and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategy, performance marketing, google ads campaign management, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape and behavioral aspects of Arabic-speaking customers.

  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns in Arabic and English language across various channels, including social media ads, google ads, display advertising, direct marketing, SEO and others.
  • Set up, manage and optimize performance for paid and Direct marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze market behaviour and competitors to optimize Google ads campaign performance in Arabic.
  • Review and implement required changes for landing pages, content, digital and print materials in Arabic language.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns, organic and paid, and provide regular reports to the stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytical tools and insights to assess the effectiveness of the digital marketing campaigns and efforts to make data-driven strategic recommendations.
  • Manage budgets with the prime focus on budget spending optimization to achieve positive ROI in Arabic-speaking markets and beyond.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts and provide transparency.
  • Provide recommendations for content and SEO optimization with clear set deliverables to bring company’s visibility in Arabic language to higher rankings across search engines.
  • Work closely with sales directors to assess their requirements and generate sales pipeline from Arabic and English speaking demographics.
  • Assess and plan lead generation per project / per developer / per campaign based on sales requirements.


Requirements and skills

  • Native Arabic and fluent English language
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing digital marketing in the UAE and/or GCC countries.
  • Based in Abu Dhabi.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of managing and executing paid media campaigns across diverse marketing platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Direct Marketing)
  • Understanding the behavioral aspects of the Arabic speaking audience.
  • Ability to generate catchy strong sales messages and CTA and coordinate the same with the team.
  • Strong organizational and self-motivational skills, attention to the details, and data-driven approach.
  • Preferably strong experience in Real Estate industry managing marketing activities.
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Preferred marketing experience in real estate.
