Position Overview

Star Gallery Mart is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Arabic & English Copywriter – E-Commerce Executive to support daily e-commerce operations and content management. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and accounts teams, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing coordination, and smooth online sales operations across multiple platforms.

This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, accountability, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on operational position responsible for managing product listings, optimizing content, coordinating inventory updates, processing orders, and monitoring pricing across various online marketplaces and company platforms.

The candidate should also have a basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and be comfortable collaborating across departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Product Listing

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on:
• www.stargallery.ae
• Star Gallery Mart mobile app (iOS & Android)
• Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and Sharjah Coop
• Ensure listings follow platform standards and guidelines
• Create product variations, bundles, add-ons, and related items
• Maintain accurate pricing, images, specifications, and stock availability

Content Writing & SEO

• Write professional product titles and descriptions in Arabic and English
• Apply SEO keywords to improve product visibility and sales performance
• Monitor company social media platforms to stay updated on new products and offers
• Ensure trending products are listed and updated promptly

Inventory, Orders & Operations

• Monitor inventory levels and product availability
• Order out-of-stock items and maintain accurate quantities across platforms
• Verify payment confirmation before preparing orders (Tabby, Tamara, debit/credit card)
• Prepare and pack orders for dispatch
• Coordinate with delivery companies for timely shipments
• Follow up on deliveries and resolve order issues
• Assist with loading/unloading when required and maintain warehouse organization

Pricing & Accounts Coordination

• Conduct weekly competitor price analysis
• Coordinate with the accounts team on updated pricing, discounts, and promotions
• Ensure price updates are reflected accurately across all platforms

Systems & Operational Management

• Maintain structured listing standards and operational best practices
• Track renewals and expiry of platforms, systems, or software

Team Coordination & Marketing Support

• Work closely with marketing and accounts departments
• Support campaigns by ensuring accurate product data and availability
• Maintain basic working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Act as a strong team player with effective communication skills

Social Media Support

• Assist with product-related social media posting to improve visibility and sales

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce product listing
• Proven experience with Amazon and Noon (mandatory)
• Experience with Carrefour and Sharjah Coop is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO principles
• Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking & writing — mandatory)
• Highly organized, fast, accurate, and dependable
• Must be currently based in the UAE and able to commute to Sharjah
