Arabic & English Customer Support Executive (Karachi | On-site)

Hiring a fluent Arabic and English-speaking Customer Support Executive to handle international customer queries, provide timely resolutions, and deliver a high-quality support experience.


Key Responsibilities:

– Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, chat, email)

– Provide support in both Arabic and English

– Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

– Coordinate with internal teams when required


Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)

– Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English

– Strong communication and problem-solving skills

– Prior experience in customer support is a plus

– Must be based in Karachi and available for on-site work
