Arabic Female Medical Customer Service Representative

Handle inbound and outbound calls from Arabic-speaking patients, providing accurate medical and service-related information.

  • Assist patients with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and general inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Document patient interactions clearly and accurately in the system according to healthcare standards.
  • Escalate complex medical or service issues to the appropriate healthcare team when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • CSR at Medical Center: 1 year (Required)
