We are looking for an energetic and engaging Social Media Manager to step in as the digital face and voice of our growing brand.

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, fluent Arabic-speaking female professional to take ownership of our social media presence. In this role, you will be the direct bridge between Jood Studio and our online community. Your primary focus will be hosting live broadcasts, posting engaging video content, and driving customer acquisition through active, real-time communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Live Broadcasting: Host regular, engaging live streams on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat to showcase our studio's capabilities, discuss our promotional packages, and interact with the audience in real-time.
• Content Management: Upload, schedule, and optimize video content and professional photos across all social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. Reply promptly and professionally to direct messages, comments, and inquiries regarding our services, pricing, and bookings.
• Community Engagement: Actively build and nurture our online community by fostering conversations, running Q&A sessions during live streams, and maintaining a welcoming digital environment.
• Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the latest social media trends, viral audio, and video formats to ensure our content remains relevant and highly visible.

Requirements

• Native or highly fluent Arabic speaker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a plus).
• Comfortable, confident, and highly presentable on camera for live broadcasts and video content.
• Prior experience in social media management, community engagement, or content creation.
• Deep understanding of video-centric platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Excellent customer service skills with a polite, persuasive, and helpful demeanor.
• Based in or able to commute reliably to our studio in Ajman.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per hour

Expected hours: 63.0 per week

Work Location: In person
