Arabic Hostess

Job Description (English):

We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Arabic Hostess to welcome guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic, have good communication skills, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage guest seating and table allocations
• Communicate waiting times clearly and politely
• Assist guests with inquiries and special requests
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Handle reservations and guest flow efficiently
• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage)
• Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service preferred
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

• الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة الاستقبال
• إدارة الحجوزات وتنظيم حركة الضيوف
• الالتزام بأعلى معايير خدمة العملاء

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• إجادة اللغة العربية (اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية)
• خبرة سابقة كمضيفة أو في مجال خدمة العملاء
• مظهر لائق وشخصية لبقة
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة
• الاستعداد للعمل بنظام المناوبات
