Job Description

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred
  • Preferably Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
  • Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and exceptional guest service
  • Build strong relationships with guests and maintain positive interactions
  • Handle guest and internal inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Provide excellent service and support to internal departments
  • Operations
  • Ensure brand and operational standards are followed at all times
  • Support outlet operations in a flexible and cooperative manner
  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and process bills accurately
  • Perform cashiering duties including handling cash, credit cards, and daily transactions
  • Operate the Micros system confidently and follow all finance and cash-handling procedures
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all menu items and actively recommend and upsell products
  • Report and resolve any transaction discrepancies promptly
