Job Qualifications

Preferably degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred

Preferably Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and exceptional guest service

Build strong relationships with guests and maintain positive interactions
-
Handle guest and internal inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently
-
Provide excellent service and support to internal departments
-
Operations
-
Ensure brand and operational standards are followed at all times
-
Support outlet operations in a flexible and cooperative manner
-
Greet and seat guests, present menus, and process bills accurately
-
Perform cashiering duties including handling cash, credit cards, and daily transactions
-
Operate the Micros system confidently and follow all finance and cash-handling procedures
-
Maintain detailed knowledge of all menu items and actively recommend and upsell products

Report and resolve any transaction discrepancies promptly
