Freelance Arabic Marketing Translator (Qatar Market Specialist)

Are you a linguistic pro who knows the pulse of Qatar and have a flair for marketing? We are looking for a sharp, responsive Freelance Arabic Marketing Translator to help us localize marketing materials and social media content for the Qatari market.

The Role

• Translate and adapt social media copy and basic marketing materials.
• Ensure all content resonates with the local Qatari dialect and cultural nuances.
• Select and implement font sets that are visually appealing and standard for the Qatar market.

Requirements

• Hyper-Responsiveness: You must be available to acknowledge/reply to WhatsApp messages within 1 hour during daylight hours (Sunday to Thursday).
• Market Expertise: Deep understanding of Qatari consumer trends and linguistic preferences.
• Precision: Ability to maintain brand voice while translating from English to Arabic.
• Marketing Experience: At least 3 months of experience in a marketing or sales role.
• Strong English Communication: Ability to speak and understand English clearly.

The Details

• Payment: Competitive per-word rate that translates into a ~QR 15-30/hr. rate.
• Growth: This is a freelance position at the start, but for the right candidate, there is a clear path to a permanent, long-term role as our business continues to expand.
