Arabic Speaker

We are seeking a motivated and fluent Arabic-Speaking Telesales Executive to join our team in Lahore. The role involves engaging with clients based in the Middle East, primarily Saudi Arabia, to promote real estate projects, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, along with a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to Arabic-speaking clients, providing information about residential and commercial real estate projects. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to achieve sales targets. Deliver persuasive sales pitches in Arabic tailored to client needs. Answer client queries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead conversion. Follow company sales processes and comply with all quality standards. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Languages, or related field. Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written) is mandatory. Strong communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus). Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (real estate background preferred). Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. What We Offer
