Arabic Speaking Receptionist (Female)

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.

· Schedule and manage patient appointments.

· Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communications.

· Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic management system.

· Coordinate with dentists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Manage billing, payments, and patient follow-ups as required.

· Assist in managing the clinic's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

· Create and publish engaging content, stories, and posts.

· Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and patient engagement activities.

· Respond to social media inquiries and direct messages.

· Assist in maintaining the clinic's brand image and online presence.

· Work closely with management to support marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements

· Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

· Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

· Basic content creation and branding skills are highly desirable.

· Well-organized, professional, and customer-focused.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.

Preferred Qualifications

· Previous experience in a dental or medical clinic.

· Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.

· Familiarity with Canva, social media content creation, or digital marketing tools.

· UAE experience preferred.

  • Arabic (Preferred)
