Arabic Structural Site Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Arabic Structural Site Engineer to oversee and manage structural construction activities on-site in Dubai, UAE. The candidate will ensure that all structural works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and local authority regulations while maintaining project schedules and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and monitor daily structural construction activities at the project site.

· Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications before execution.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.

· Ensure structural works comply with approved designs, UAE building codes, and project quality standards.

· Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.

· Monitor reinforcement, concrete works, steel structures, formwork, and related structural activities.

· Identify technical issues on-site and provide practical engineering solutions.

· Verify quantities and assist in material inspections and approvals.

· Ensure all works are carried out safely in compliance with HSE regulations.

· Attend project meetings and coordinate with MEP and architectural teams.

· Maintain proper documentation including inspection requests, method statements, and daily reports.

Support project planning and scheduling to achieve timely completion.

Requirements:

✔Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

✔Minimum 3–7 years of experience in structural site supervision, preferably in the UAE.

✔Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structure works.

✔Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards.

✔Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and structural engineering software.

✔Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and BOQs.

✔Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

✔Experience working on high-rise, commercial, or residential projects is an advantage.

✔UAE driving license is preferred.
