Arabic Teacher (UAE National)

About Us:
Friendly Early Childhood Center is a nurturing and inclusive learning environment dedicated to the holistic development of young children. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated female Arabic Teacher (UAE National) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the linguistic and cultural development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Arabic language classes tailored to the developmental stages and interests of young children
  • Use age-appropriate teaching strategies and activities to make learning effective and enjoyable
  • Teach basic vocabulary, pronunciation, and simple phrases in Arabic
  • Create a language-rich environment by interacting exclusively in Arabic during lessons
  • Use visual aids, props, and gestures to aid comprehension
  • Design and implement fun and interactive classroom activities that promote participation
  • Lead language-based games and storytelling sessions to reinforce learning
  • Encourage verbal and non-verbal expression in Arabic
  • Assess and track each child’s language progress and proficiency
  • Provide regular feedback to parents regarding their child’s development in Arabic
  • Share tools and resources with families to support learning at home
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment
  • Promote positive behavior and social interaction among children
  • Stay updated on the latest practices in early childhood language acquisition and teaching methods
  • Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Nursery Principal

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Arabic Language, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience working in a nursery or preschool environment
  • Solid understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate learning techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Creative, adaptable, and enthusiastic about making learning enjoyable for young children
  • A genuine love for working with young learners and a flexible, team-oriented mindset
