Creative Lead (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Creative Lead who can inspire and execute. You will be the visionary behind our creative content, responsible for developing and maintaining a strong brand voice and visual aesthetic across all marketing channels. This is a crucial role for a self-starter who is not only an excellent designer and storyteller but also a natural leader. You will work closely with our Marketing Director to translate business goals into compelling creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Strategy: Develop and lead the creative vision for all marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media content, email newsletters, website design, and brand collateral.
• Execution & Production: Act as a player-coach, creating high-quality content yourself while also guiding and managing a team of designers.
• Brand Guardian: Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines, maintaining a unified and recognizable brand identity across all platforms.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project needs and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Project Management: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, from concept development through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, marketing technologies, and creative tools to ensure our brand remains fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work, including branding, digital design, and campaign concepts.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
• Proven ability to manage projects from ideation to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural storyteller with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating impactful content

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
