Arabic Telesales Specialist – Real Estate

Job Overview

Rocky Real Estate is looking for a results-driven Arabic-speaking Telesales Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on engaging potential clients, generating qualified leads, and converting inquiries into successful property transactions through outbound and inbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential Arabic-speaking clients
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and portals
• Present property options and promote real estate services over the phone
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets
• Update and manage client interactions in CRM systems
• Coordinate with the sales and property teams for client requirements
• Handle client objections and close deals effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (real estate preferred)
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
