Arabic Translator & Marketing Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Arabic Translator & Marketing Executive to join our dental team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle both Arabic-speaking patients and domestic patients, while also managing marketing activities for the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Handling & Translation

• Greet and assist Arabic-speaking patients and domestic patients.
• Translate patient concerns and requirements accurately between Arabic and English.
• Support doctors during consultations by providing clear and accurate translation.
• Ensure patients understand treatment plans, procedures, and after-care instructions.
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.

Marketing & Promotion

• Manage clinic’s marketing activities (offline & online as required).
• Handle social media updates, promotions, and basic content preparation.
• Coordinate local marketing campaigns to increase patient footfall.
• Assist with community outreach and brand awareness activities.
• Work closely with management to plan and execute marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Previous experience in the dental/medical field preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and patient management.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Presentable, responsible, and professional attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
