Role Purpose

The Arabic Typist is responsible for accurately preparing, typing, and processing documents related to Kuwait visa applications and administrative tasks. The role requires excellent command of both Arabic and English typing, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality documents efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

· Generate written or computer-generated documents and reports.

· Proofread documents before submission to ensure accuracy.

· File and maintain both physical and digital records.

· Track hours and maintain logs for specific tasks.

· Provide transcripts of meetings and audio recordings.

· Take notes and memos during meetings.

· Process reports according to established procedures and verify data accuracy.

· Complete Arabic transcripts and other typing tasks from handwritten notes or dictation systems.

· Maintain organized filing systems and documentation as per company policy.

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proven experience as an Arabic Typist or in a similar administrative role.

· Proficient in MS Office applications

Skills

· Excellent Arabic and English typing speed and accuracy.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Good reading and listening comprehension.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
