Job Description

We are a high-end medical & aesthetic clinic in Dubai seeking an Arabic/English-speaking Leads Management & Bookings ( CLINIC ) to handle inbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.

This role is ideal for someone who understands patient psychology, is confident in sales, and knows how to follow up professionally to maximize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and marketing campaigns
• Contact potential patients promptly and professionally
• Explain clinic services, packages, and offers clearly
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments
• Follow up with undecided leads until closure
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings
• Coordinate closely with reception, doctors, and management
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic AND ENGLISH is mandatory (English required)
• Previous experience in clinic sales / medical center / aesthetic clinic is a strong advantage
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Professional communication & customer handling
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• Experience with WhatsApp Business, CRM, or lead systems is a plus
