Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representative with experience in surgical applications and sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling advanced surgical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and surgical centers across the UAE, while building strong and lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of surgical medical devices to specialist doctors and healthcare professionals
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Organize and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
• Provide in-theatre support during surgical procedures when required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement teams
• Ensure proper territory coverage and customer engagement
• Maintain accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and activity plans

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Medical, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or similar)
• Proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales (surgical experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of medical and surgical products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
