Role Overview

As an Archer GRC Trainee, you will support the implementation, administration, and reporting of GRC solutions while learning industry best practices and compliance frameworks. The role offers structured learning and exposure to real‑world GRC operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the configuration and administration of RSA Archer eGRC modules
  • Support GRC activities such as risk assessments, compliance tracking, and issue management
  • Create and maintain Archer searches, reports, and dashboards
  • Help manage Archer users, roles, workflows, and access controls
  • Support data analysis and reporting for risk and compliance insights
  • Assist in documenting GRC processes, system configurations, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and support GRC initiatives

General Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • Ability to develop and build applications (web or low‑code) with hands‑on exposure
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn continuously, accept feedback, and grow professionally
