We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees – ServiceNow. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in IT Service Management (ITSM) using the ServiceNow platform. The trainee will gain hands‑on experience in configuring, supporting, and maintaining ServiceNow applications aligned with ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the configuration and administration of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Change, Problem)
Support user and role management, access controls, and system configurations
Help create and maintain workflows, business rules, and notifications
Assist in managing Service Catalog items and request flows
Support report creation and dashboard configuration for operational visibility
Troubleshoot basic ServiceNow issues and provide platform support
Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field
Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
