Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team and contribute to a diverse range of architectural projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and mixed-use sectors. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling projects from concept to execution while ensuring design excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional architectural designs for a variety of building types including residential homes, office buildings, hotels, retail spaces, and public facilities.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated project outcomes.
• Visit project sites to evaluate site conditions, monitor construction activities, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all architectural designs adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, technical documentation, and tender packages where needed.
• Stay informed about current industry trends, materials, sustainability practices, and design innovations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university (Master’s preferred).
• 4–10 years of relevant experience across various project types.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail.
