Architect

We are seeking an energetic, fast-learning, and talented architect to assist our interior design team with fit-out projects. In this growing organization, your potential will be nurtured and valued, allowing you to have a direct impact on a wide range of projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Creating space plans.

- Managing creative projects from initial concepts through to complete execution.

- Developing 3D designs that are innovative, appropriate, and consistent with the project objectives, delivering exceptional experiences for clients.

- Producing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings and 3D visuals.

- Creating architectural and MEP drawings.

- Building 3D models based on architectural plans.

- Implementing appropriate lighting techniques for the models and assisting in space planning.

- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements:

- Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Architecture.

- Experience in managing interior fit-out projects, particularly in commercial and office design and build, is essential.

- Proficiency in software applications: AutoCAD (2D & 3D), 3DS Max, and Microsoft Office.

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.

- Required skills include project management, interior design, planning, and supervision.

- Specialization in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
