Architect

Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and project proposals to clients.

Sourcing material and design elements for projects. Comparing and negotiate best market price.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with architectural plans and specifications.

.Create detailed drawings and specifications using design softwares·

. Develop detailed 3D visualizations and high-quality renderings·

.Create video animations and walkthroughs

Requirements -

.Should have knowledge in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion or similar tools.

.Should have knowledge in Auto cad software·

.Must have minimum 1 years’ UAE experience as Interior designer (Experience with Architectural or Fit out company Preferred)

.Must have excellent 3D portfolio.

. Should possess the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent communication skills. Knowledge on additional languages is an added advantage.

Preferably female candidates.
