The Court Group of Companies is a leading builder and developer in Pakistan, renowned for our excellence in the construction industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect with a minimum of 10 – 15 years of experience, preferably specializing in high-rise building design.

Job Description:

• The incumbent will be required to reinforce the BIM culture in our office and implement modelling techniques to assist in the construction coordination process.
• Develop Revit models of projects both in conceptual and construction stages
• Study various disciplines to highlight errors and clashes prior to construction and coordinate with consultants to resolve clashes
• Focus on the planning, designing, and coordinating of architectural drawings, conducting site visits while collaborating with other construction/discipline professionals and consultants
• Review all architectural drawings for technical accuracy, design integrity, and code compliance.
• Provide corrective measures in case of discrepancies, deviations or clashes.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of materials and their application in the construction process, and effectively coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth execution of the design.
• Able to develop and conduct presentations for stakeholders
• Provide quality control on for shop drawings for interior fabrication
• Provide assistance in coordinating design revisions, updates, and documentation, ensuring that all team members and consultants are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Structural, MEP, Interior fabrication, and Landscape teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 10–15 years of architectural design.
• Vast working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Navisworks, AutoCad and Adobe Suite.
• Working knowledge of rendering engines such as Enscape, Lumion and D5
• Proven portfolio of completed high-rise, commercial and industrial projects.
• Proven experience in project management and coordinating with various consultants (architectural, structural, MEP) to align the design and resolve issues early in the process.
• Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
• Knowledge of local authority bylaws and approval procedures.
